ABOUT US

We are a group of Christians who have come together to experience the church life described in the New Testament. There are diverse ages, educational levels, races, and professional backgrounds among us, yet we all share the Lord Jesus as our Savior, and we all want to be the body of Christ, the church.

Practicing the church life is both a challenge and a blessing. It is a challenge because the New Testament portrays the normal Christian church in terms of living Christ, loving one another, receiving one another, and fellowshipping with one another. There is the matter of the cross, knowing the Spirit, learning how to forgive, and ministering to the needs of the other believers spiritually and practically.

Also, there are the church meetings and the need to know how to participate in them in a way that builds up the church. All these things require spiritual learning, and learning strongly characterizes the life we have entered into together. Being in these very things is also our chief blessing. We feel that while participating in the New Testament church life, though our shortcomings are sometimes exposed, we are being helped to know the Lord in a greater way.
