What's your most embarrassing moment?
One day I was driving to work in the rain when my windshield wiper broke. It was on the highway, so I pulled out of traffic. I tried to fix it, but I couldn't. I had to drive to the next exit in the rain to a gas station where I found someone to help me. It was very embarrassing. However, it gave me the opportunity to call on the Lord and enjoy Him.
What's your fondest childhood memory?
Up until I was 5 years old, I was so fond of my father that I always cried and followed him wherever he went. Sometimes my mother would carry me to the bedroom to let me sleep. When I remember this, it makes me laugh.
How did you come to know Jesus?
I came to know the Lord through the labor of a sister in Christ, who did not give me up easily. For a whole year, she prayed for me until I went to a gospel meeting she invited me to. She had been inviting me to come for a whole year, but I kept giving her excuses for not going. One day I decided to go and please her. I gave myself to the Lord after the meeting. Sometimes, we easily give up praying for someone to be saved. This sister never gave up praying for me. She had the patience until I attended the gospel meeting, after which I came to know Jesus.
What is your favorite memory with the church in Columbus?
The small group meeting gave me the opportunity to be related to a leading brother who helped me to enjoy the Lord, and it has been my favorite memory with the church in Columbus.
